My wife and I were interested in trading in our 2009 Chevy Traverse and our 2004 chevy Impala. We were up-side down in the Traverse and not sure what would happen. Mike Fossett and Dan Schian came to th Chevy Traverse and our 2004 chevy Impala. We were up-side down in the Traverse and not sure what would happen. Mike Fossett and Dan Schian came to the rescue. Mike got us started with knowledge about the cars we were looking at, and got the ball rolling on what Steve Rayman Chevrolet would do on trade-in. After a few minutes of work, he had us ready to deal. Dan took over at this point, and found us financing that suited our budget. We were so happy with the deal he got for us. Ray took over at this point and walked us through the cars we decided on, showed off all the bells and whistles and made sure we understood everything about the cars. At the end of the day, my wife and I walked away with a 2012 Malibu and a 2011 Impala. Because of my job, I really appreciate great customer service, and that is EXACTLY what we got a Steve Rayman Chevrolet. Mike, Dan, and Ray did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! Hat's off to the three of you for a great job. It will be a few years before I will need another car, but if anyone I know need to buy, I will send everyone of them to Steve Rayman Chevrolet, and tell them to ask for Mike Fossett. Again, thanks Steve Rayman Chevrolet for a GREAT JOB!!!!! More

At first most of the staff at the dealership seemed cordial and accommodating. After the automobile was purchased we had problems with the registration paperwork. The dealership was not at fault for cordial and accommodating. After the automobile was purchased we had problems with the registration paperwork. The dealership was not at fault for the problems related to our relocation (California/Georgia). When we reached out to the dealership for assistance as recommended by the Georgia motor vehicle department the continued angry and condescending responses were alarming. We were incorrectly told that we would have to pay more for the registration before we could get the paper work to register the automobile in Atlanta. The fact of the matter is we overpaid and were owed monies by the dealership. We were promised refund communication and reimbursement once “we” were able to get the registration documentation sent back to the subject dealership from California DMV. We were never contacted as promised. The dealership received the reimbursement in September 2012 to date we have not received the monies we are legally entitled to. After the purchase of the vehicle the dealership communication has dramatically deteriorated. In a number of areas the above narrative is just one example. We have chosen to have our vehicles serviced elsewhere; we are in the market for a new vehicle and we will not even consider Steve Rayman’s dealership. More
After talking to 3 different people, I was sent to speak to the salesman which assured me that the car that I wanted to purchase was a good car. Even though it was on site that I wouldn't have any problems to the salesman which assured me that the car that I wanted to purchase was a good car. Even though it was on site that I wouldn't have any problems with the car. After moving on to the financial side of things, they also assured me the car would be in excellent condition and that I should not worry! I then decided not to sign the we owe contract, because the car wasn't on site, after 24hrs, my car was delivered and ready for pick up! Upon arrival, I was told it would be another 30mins or so before I can get it. When it was driven out to me, and I saw it for the first time. It appeared to be in excellent condition till I looked inside, after pointing out all of the issues(visor missing, oil lamp, under carriage missing panel, and cracked panel for convertible ) to the sales associate Denise , I asked were they going to fix it, with her sketchy response I quickly asked for a manager, only to hear that one wasn't available, but to call the service depart and schedule the repair work. Taking her word, I did just that. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to get my oil changed and to be sent to Chrysler for the rest as they said it was covered under warranty. I then went to dodge and chrsyler dealership only to be sent back to Steve Rayman because it wasn't covered. Now two months later, after playing phone tag with all departments, I am told that they are not going to repair the damage,s that could have been done onsite when I picked up the car. I spoke to a manager Aurther Lombardi, who specifically said to " go to a junk yard it's cheaper" I thought to myself, I have been hoodwinked I was taken advantage of and I hope no one else does. CBS ATLANTA IS GOING TO HEAR ABOUT THIS! More

Great car buying experience. We bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze RS. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Ben Golzer was our salesperson. I highly recommend Ben. The first dealership I've ever seen tha RS. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Ben Golzer was our salesperson. I highly recommend Ben. The first dealership I've ever seen that has a person assigned to make sure you know everything about your car and how to use all the functions and options before leaving the lot. They tell you the truth when they say they will not be undersold. I shopped several Chevy dealers. Steve Rayman is who you want to buy from. Some advice, do not waste your time at Carl Black Chevrolet in Kennesaw. It was a very unpleasant experience. This was my daughters first car purchase and she was having a fun experience till we got to Carl Black. The sales manager at Carl Black is very arrogant, has a bad attitude, and doesn't know how to talk to or treat his customers. Drive the few extra miles to Steve Rayman. You will be glad you did. More
