Everyone i meet was very friendly and fast to respond with honest answers to all my questions. Roger was the first to greet me he showed me what i wanted to see with out trying to up sell me on somethin with honest answers to all my questions. However she encourage us to stay on the right path and everything will work out just fine. Then met with Sean who paired my cellphone with bluetooth Chevy Sonic, went over onstar, showed us around the show room, and introduce us to some of the people in service and repair. This team is truly AWESOME. I know the goal is to sell vehicles; but when you encounter Calvin Sneed is more to it than just test drive car. He knows the product and you will leave him knowing Im safe and the car is just awesome as the sales rep. After visiting several different dealerships we decided to check out Steve Rayman, we were blown away with our experience. Roger listened to watch we were looking for, showed us several different vehicles and gave us the time we needed to decide. He was never pushy at any point and had a great sense of humor! Once we had the car picked out we were off to see Brian. He is completely professional, friendly and you could see he enjoys his job. He was able to get us exactly where we needed to be. By the time we were done with the paperwork, Ray walked us through the setup of my husband's new car and a tour through the dealership. Ray was friendly and had us laughing through most of it! We will not hesitate to return to Steve Rayman, in fact we are already talking about trading my car in and buying a new one. More

Me and my husband went to this dealership and was offered a 2011 Chevy Impala that we absolutely fell in love with. We were understood to have secured financing for this car only to be called back in two wee a 2011 Chevy Impala that we absolutely fell in love with. We were understood to have secured financing for this car only to be called back in two weeks later to clear up a situation that we stated clearly the first time. Then we were called in again for another financing issue a week after that with a very disturbing voice mail. Then we received another phone call from the dealership and was lied to that the financing bank had an issue but they had a better deal in place and we needed to come to the dealership and secure it. When we got there we were informed that they could not secure financing and that we were not allowed to take the car home to get our other car and bring that one back. This was after 30 days.We asked to speak to the GM (David) and he proceeded to ride right past us and never made contact with us. The customer service was horrible and would have never taken this car home if we new there was not financing in place. They literally kicked us to the street and would not assist us any further after they tricked us to come to the dealership in the first place. Mr. Ross had to ride home with us because we were left stranded. The customer service was horrible because we sat at this dealership at least 3 hours with every visit and even though we cooperated with everything they asked us to do we were severely mistreated. William Ross was the only person we dealt with that was of any help. We specifically asked if we could come back the next day and get our rims and tires that were put on the car and was told yes no problem. When we got there the next day we were told that we could not have the rims and tires without paying $200 a was specifically asked to pay cash only! No check or credit card. We were also told that we should have been charged for putting 3000 miles on the car mind you we thought was ours. We have our contract that we signed and we were under the assumption that this was our car. We are having to file a case with the Cobb County Magistrate to get back our property because we would rather give the money to the court then to pay Steve Rayman Chevrolet for being lied to and literally stealing our property. I have also contacted the Fox 5 News Whistle Blower to alert the public. I DEFINITELY would not recommend them to ANYONE! More
