My car was at the shop for 20 days for a steering column. I was told it would take a week to fix. They never updated me on the process and when I would call, no one would answer. I eventually went to the sho I was told it would take a week to fix. They never updated me on the process and when I would call, no one would answer. I eventually went to the shop and called from the parking lot. No one answered but the ENTIRE service team was sitting in the office that day. I got there and 3 other people were there asking for updates on their car as well. The least they could do was communicate with us. Then on top of all of this, they order the wrong part for my car so that delayed it another week. Finally once the car was done, I was overcharged 600 dollars in comparison to the all in rate. Once that was fixed, I finally got my car and the low tire indicator was on. Unsure if this means the car was driven and tested for the issue or not. Overall this was a bad experience in comparison to any dealership that i've ever visited. I would literally go anywhere else moving forward. More
