DO NOT TRUST service at this dealership. Steve Padgett’s Honda of Lake Murray replaced the recalled fuel pump in my 2019 Honda Pilot in August 2022. NEVER AGAIN. When I returned to Columbia and reported the debacle to the dealership, there was no concern expressed, no apology offered, no offer to reimburse me for towing or my unexpected hotel stay. Their feeble explanation was that I must have gotten a defective fuel pump when they replaced it. I found that to be outrageously insufficient “customer service”. Honda of Columbia on Sunset Blvd then replaced the fuel pump and calibrated the gauges. More

I bought a ‘18 Odyssey two years ago (certified), since then I’ve had to replace all the breaks, new battery and now a 7k transmission. I have 72k on the vehicle.
