I’ve been a customer for three years. The sales department is fantastic. Service has gone downhill. Paying for work not performed, upselling in customer area, and incompetent service. I had 30,000 mi sev done… everything was supposedly great for over $500. Next oil change went to a competitor and showed basically black and debris covered filters 3 months later? I changed them. Decided to go back to Moyer for oil change…and questioned what encompasses a multi point inspection and filters amazingly covered? Mmmm? Had inspection done at another garage and showed my air filter totally ruined… was it checked or destroyed? Got the usual let us know how we are doing- sent email and requested a call and heard NOTHING! Don’t be fooled by nice talking employees…. I recently needed new tires for my 2016 Forester. Being an extreme car guy, I researched the various tires available for my car and made a selection. I chose a Yokohama Avid Ascend LX tire that was a Being an extreme car guy, I researched the various tires available for my car and made a selection. I chose a Yokohama Avid Ascend LX tire that was actually a slightly larger size specified for the Outback. The parts department understood my request and had them in stock at a price significantly lower than the popular national online tire site! Mounting and balancing was very reasonable as well. I opted for a 4 wheel alignment and was very specific about having the specification tolerances all set to zero. My printout showed the alignment to be spot on with perfect handling and after several weeks of driving, no unusual tire wear. Take it from me friends, as a serious car guy who knows cars, this is very difficult to find! And all presented with a great no nonsense professional attitude and happy to be there employees. More

I just dropped in without an appointment to have my car checked for a trip. It was noted that I needed a new cabin air filter, which was shown to me and was indeed dirty.
