New Tires for my GMC Drew, parts mgr, got me a great deal on some all terrain tires for my truck. Only criticism is that they often fail to reset my oil life meter (last two times) which makes me question how thourough the other service items are checked. Would be great if they would add a quick vacuuming and / or wash with the service, even if it added a couple bucks. I’m happy with the service overall. More

2 hour oil change? I had a 9:30 appointment ,called 2 days in advance,. When I arrived there was a line in both line at the service department. I get to the service desk I had a 9:30 appointment ,called 2 days in advance,. When I arrived there was a line in both line at the service department. I get to the service desk the gentleman who usually helps me looks confused. He asked if he could help me I told that I had a 9:30 appointment he told me that they are really busy and it would be a while. Well that while turned in to over 2 hours. What was the use of a appointment. I wasn't the only one having that problem a nice lady had a 8:30 appointment was the over 2 hours also and she was a new customer just moved to the area that week. I don't think she was very happy. More

Better than the rest! After having a terrible experience at the local dealership where I live, I drove back to the dealer I bought my 2017 Chevy Colorado. I was not only treated like family, but they service manager, Paul Wilkerson, himself drove my truck(with me along) till we found the problem. While it was a design flaw that GM is aware of and nothing can be done about it. At least they didn't just do part changes like the other deal did for nothing. I cannot say enough nice things about these guys! I have bought two vehicles from them in the last 18 months! More
