We agreed on a vehicle and price on a Thursday and that we set an appointment for Saturday afternoon to purchase the car. So I asked for another vehicle and a discount out of good faith, but they wouldn’t budge. So we cancelled our appointment as there was no reason to show up since they sold the car we agreed on. So we ended up buying a Toyota. But guess what happened a couple days later… they sent us a lower offer for the vehicle I asked about that Saturday that they refused to budge on price!! Sorry! Too late! You should have just made things right that Saturday. Instead you lost out on a $40k+ sale and what would have been a happy customer. I should have read the reviews ahead of time to avoid the hassle in the first place. More
We (our insurance and us) were ripped off! !! We brought our car, which was bought from them a couple of years ago (used), because it collected water inside the trunk and wet the back seat. Th !! They charged our insurance $2000 and we have to pay extra $375 out of pocket. Took the car home and brought to the car wash after a couple of days and then there’s water again. Brought it back to them and this time they are giving us a different diagnostic and said that it’s a wear and tear and will not be covered by insurance. They verbally quoted us between $1500 to $2000. We cannot afford that and decided to take the back, disassembled! Had to look for other mechanic to fix the problem and we were charged $400! Don’t deal with this dealership! They are out to take your money and not even fix the problem. So disappointed and upset! More
I was taken advantage of, overcharged, and outright scammed by Steve Honda Hopkins personnel from the parts department, to the services, including the finance and billing last 3/11/21 and 3/12/21. I visited this dealership's part's department to inquire about a battery replacement for my keyless fob. Instead, their employees sent me to the services department to get a new keyless fob and a new key cut. I waited for over 1 hr. I found out that the new key do not work properly and brought it up to the service manager. parts employee insisted that the key works. I tried it and it does not. Complaint the same day. I was told to come over and get refunded but was continuously given hard time just to get my refund. I have brought up my concerns to the management via their comments page, still waiting for discussion with their senior management who has authority to get action done - resolution. More

He explained the sales contract and went through all the details in the car. When I left, I felt knowledgeable enough to know what to expect from my new car purchase. He gave me an excellent internet price quote, and though I was nervous since I had to drive over 100 miles to the dealership and have had bad past experiences with other dealers, he made the whole thing go very smoothly, giving me exactly the price he quoted. He knows his cars inside and out, and took the time to make sure mine was programmed exactly the way I wanted it before I left the lot. He was a pleasure to work with. The finance person, Jose Ochoa, was equally good and worked out the difference in tax between the city and the county (I live in the county which has a 0.5% lower sales tax than the city), saving me some extra cash. I highly recommend Will, Jose, and Steve Hopkins Honda. More

Replacing a reliable car I'm not a car aficionado. I've always just needed a reliable, low maintenance car to use. I've had my last Honda Civic for over 15 years and it was could have gone another 100K. But it didn't meet my new needs to easily store a bike or have room for two dogs. Working with Ken, he made the effort to understand my needs and not try to upsell me into something that I didn't want. I also think I got a fair price with this dealer. It was a good buying experience. More
