I went to all of them… I needed a SUV with a 3rd row/Mom Hauler— and went into every dealer with an open mind. (Also looked online.) I cannot help but see the whole production when I walk in to buy anything. It is in my DNA. Jason and Curtis - are the ONLY people across multiple places, that I felt very comfortable with, heard, and never felt pressured at all. For me, if you are going to make a HUGE purchase, the quick response, communication, manners, and attention matters during a sale. Some places didn’t even call or email me back. Whether I come in dressed up after a business meeting, or in my mom wear, full stress bun, and no make-up… that customer service really matters to me. It also tells me the culture of that system when I come back for future service or for a simple oil change. Steve Hahn Automotive really went above and beyond for me in all areas. Every face was friendly, finances was amazing & very detailed but easy to understand. Just everything from the entire experience was very pleasant. Highly recommend. More

I have never had such a good experience buying a car, martin from the start was so knowledgeable along with Curtis. They didn’t seemed like they were tired with us after 2 hours and just wanting to sell us a car. They took their time while my lady struggle to find the perfect vehicle for her. After we got done Brandon in finacing was hands down amazing and icing on the cake. Being in customer service and sales most of my life it seem Brandon was guru of customer service. I was extremely happy with his way of handling things and connecting with me on things outside of buying a car. His other coworker Kevin in finacing who took care of my lady’s finacing was great too and my lady had nothing but good words to say. I use to sell cars thought it was the worst job and most of all hated the process of buying one but with the team I worked with I can say now I feel a little better with the process after having everyone help me.
