Jaz was great very helpful however when it came time to negotiate the person that was making the offer didn't seem to know what they were doing! We came to buy a PEHV Kia Sportage that we knew would have t negotiate the person that was making the offer didn't seem to know what they were doing! We came to buy a PEHV Kia Sportage that we knew would have to be ordered but they didn't price what we wanted they just picked one from the list and said here take this one. It wasn't what we wanted! They also offered a trade in value for a vehicle that wasn't even ours. Part of the reason we are looking for a PEHV is for the tax rebates the dealer mark up made our vehicle ineligible for the Washington State incentives. When I countered the offer they just totally shut down. They didn't come talk to us, they didn't receive the state department of revenue guidelines and quite honestly just dismissed us! I understand they may have been busy or ignorant of the incentive guidelines but we were treated like we didn't matter and weren't given the courtesy of being told anything or given an explanation.
