As it turned out that vehicle was sold fairly fast and so we ended up test driving a 2014 Cadillac CTS listed for $17,995 online. That price quickly changed once negotiations started. The dealership adds $985 for paint protection and $985 for “dealer prep,” however they were unable to provide us with any reasonable details of what the costs are for. The final answer was “we just charge everyone that.” A side note, it is their common practice to list CPO vehicles online, yet when you arrive they will notify you the certification has not been added to the price yet. They are fully aware of this false marketing scheme, yet continue to function that way. Further, we were interested in the $2,500 CPO warranty. When asked, Ryan told us that this warranty covers everything except maintenance. The dealership was unable to provide us with anything in writing regarding this warranty prior to purchase. Not until week after the purchase, they provided us with a booklet that showed all items excluded from coverage. Never were these items mentioned before. Given the experience from the day before, the next day we decided to bring our own financing to purchase this vehicle. We have confirmed with our financing institution that they work directly with Steve Foley Cadillac. It took Ryan and his partner 5.5 hours to figure out how to process our payment – starting with forcing us to fill out a new credit application, calling our financial institution for step by step instructions on how to use their own system (which was provided on the piece of paper we gave them up front) to providing the wrong mileage reading on the contract and most of the paperwork. After taking possession of the vehicle, we obtained two independent inspections. Both showed several inconsistencies compared to the inspection sheet provided by Steve Foley Cadillac. Another dealership was able to tell us that the vehicle had body repair done with dates after Steve Foley took possession of the vehicle. Steve Foley service department could not confirm any body work was done to the vehicle at all. Finally, I have contacted the dealership numerous times about my well below average customer experience and the numerous discrepancies from CPO warranty to body work that was never disclosed. They asked me to bring the vehicle back for review of my concerns. This visit only confirmed the discrepancies I have found. They requested I bring vehicle again for further review. I am not in the position of being able to drive back and forth to their dealership for them to figure out why things are not adding up on their end. Stay away! You will get tricked into buying a potentially unsafe vehicle and they will not help you out, they will just waste your time. Don’t get lured in by the high-end car brands. Buying a vehicle from this dealership is far from a high-end experience. More

Genuine customer service Jim Mazzetti is the most professional car salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was genuine, not pushy at all and just came off really honest. I never want to stay around at a car dealership and push to keep it moving but honestly I didn't mind Jim going through everything in detail with me because A) he made it easy for me to understand all the features and benefits of the 2017 Cadillac XT5 and B) I could feel the passion come through. He Thinks like an owner/operator and serviced us like this was Jim Mazzetti's dealership not Steve Foley. More
Stay away! Dishonest about pretty much everything - pricing, inspection, etc. There are better dealerships out there that are more professional. I showed him their website as well as the certified Cadillac website. After about 30min and me telling them I will call Cadillac to confirm they agreed to sell as certified as if they were doing me a favor. They of course tried to offset the price by low balling my trade-in. They gave me 3500 less than what Autotrader cash offer was. Next day I went to buy same car at a different dealer. Got same price and they honored the Autotrader offer. I guess unless you are buying a Bentley and don't care how much your car is worth you should consider doing business with them. I really thought dealerships have turned things around but I guess not this one. More
