I've been getting my car serviced here for the past 3 years, and I personally have no complaints. I've been to the dealership in Fairfield and carmi, and this one has by far been my favorite one to go to years, and I personally have no complaints. I've been to the dealership in Fairfield and carmi, and this one has by far been my favorite one to go to, they're extremely nice, and are willing to listen. The other ones i've been to are really rude. More
Overcharged I'm in sales, so I understand getting paid on commission. I get paid solely on it, but I also wouldn't overcharge a customer to get paid more! My gran I'm in sales, so I understand getting paid on commission. I get paid solely on it, but I also wouldn't overcharge a customer to get paid more! My grandma bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee from the salesman named Scott on Friday, March 16, 2017. She traded in her car, and he charged her MSRP with a trade. I did the math, and with what she owed on her current car, and what they had the 2018 Cherokee advertised for, on their website, she overpaid $4,000, not including any trade value. This is based solely on what she owed, and what they advertised the car for, flat out no trade, on their website. I messaged them on Facebook to try and get an explanation, and they left it on read. If we come to a resolution, I'll give an update, but it appears to me that my hardworking grandma, is paying 11 payments more, for a car, than she should have today. That's nearly a year of unnecessary payments, for a payday for Scott Hiatt, our salesman. More

Lied to from the start I purchased a 4 wheeler on 5-22-15 it is now 7-13-15 and they have stilled failed to give me a title for the thing. I was told when I purchased it th I purchased a 4 wheeler on 5-22-15 it is now 7-13-15 and they have stilled failed to give me a title for the thing. I was told when I purchased it that the title clerk wasn't there that day, but she would be back the following Monday and the salesman mentioned they would be getting a motorcycle as well on 5-25-15 so I ask him to give me a call when they got it in. He called Monday to let me know it was there I went in liked it and decided to purchase it as well. The following week I received the title back for the bike. I waited an additional week then called the title clerk who said she believed she had mailed it all off but couldn't find it right then and she would ca me back. The following week she called me and told me that the store manager had said I would need to bring it back to have a state police inspection. On 6-24-15 I called to let them know I was bringing it back in and was told the manager wasn't in that day so I needed to wait until the next day and took it in on 6-25-15. I talked to the title clerk and Manager Paul S. and was informed I needed to take it to the license branch in Princeton IN to have it checked because that is where it came from. I drove the 4 wheeler to Princeton then when I told them what I needed was told they couldn't help me and that the original owner had never paid taxes or sent the original certificate of origin of so they didn't even have a title was told he would have to take it in to have that taken care of. I then drove back to jwildermans and told them I then was told that I could leave the 4 wheeler and that the manager Paul S. Would have his buddy take it to the license branch and take care of it see that's when I learned that this have been taken in trade from the managers friend without even ever seeing a title and that Monday the 25th of June his buddy delivered a certificate of origin not a title. I honestly don't have a clue what they planned to do but calling me to try to take care of it wasn't a priority of there's had I not started calling and questioning the title I would probably still be sitting here not knowing a thing. I informed Paul that day that I didn't want it anymore it was to much of a hassle he said this will be fast he is paying to have the title expedited in Indiana I left the 4 wheeler and then the next day got a call saying his buddy was going to take it the following day on Saturday the 27th what the heck was he doing the other 2 days he had it? I informed Paul again on the 27th I was done he said he would talk to his boss on the following Monday I never heard from them and my dad went in and Paul stated we don't give money back I don't need to ask my boss. He also stated that I would have the title in 10 days I got a call on 7-9-15 from Paul telling me to call him I returned the call on Saturday the 11th and he said you need to come get this 4 wheeler I said I was waiting for a title he said we mailed it off Wednesday 7-8-15 you will have it by next Wednesday the 15th. Put simply I have bought a truck, car, and Motorcycle from this business spending well over $50,000 on top of them getting my old vehicles and even done business with there other store in Princeton, IN and now over a $7,100 4 wheeler I will never do business with them or any other store owner by Mr. Wilderman. I have been lied to since the beginning and had I known they didn't have the title I would never purchased the thing in the first place. I feel also as if had this been any other person Wilderman's would have canceled the deal when they walked in and didn't have the title as they had stated I feel a lot of rules and just good salesmanship were broken because this was as Paul has stated this was his buddy. I do feel as if I should add that my Salesman himself was a good salesman and only relayed information he was given from his boss Paul Stone and Linda is only involved because she is the title clerk. I purchased a 2010 Dodge Dakota and made part of the deal that they would install cruise control or I didn't want it. The salesman also encouraged an undercoat and also a covering for the outside paint. Al that they would install cruise control or I didn't want it. The salesman also encouraged an undercoat and also a covering for the outside paint. Also an advanced kind of scotchguard for the inside. All of this has been done as of today. But when I first took the truck the indicator was on for the tires. I told Bobby who told the mechanic, it was still on, I told him again, he took it around back, came back and told me it was the spare. I got back in and the light was still on. By now I had been there all day so I didn't go back. When they finally did get around to coming after the truck for the undercoating ( which is beautiful) I left a note on the steering wheel with a third request and told them the brakes make a noise. Bobby said it was a sensor and they would fix it when they came for the car the next day to do the cruise. They had the car for 2 days, brought it back this evening. The light is still on, the brakes still make the same noise and my gas tank is almost empty. Cruise has been installed though. The man who brought the truck back to me said the sensor did not get there yet, should be there tomorrow. I may just be an old woman but I will not go away. They will either fix everything they said they would or I'll have my son talk to them and it won't be pretty. I was warned not to deal with them but I thought a car with 2000 miles should be fine. Guess not. More
My name is Ryan Shick from Sumner, Illinois. I am a 26 year old man with a fiance and newborn son. I purchased a 2009 Dodge Nitro from J. Wildeman in May of 2010 as dependable transportation for my famil year old man with a fiance and newborn son. I purchased a 2009 Dodge Nitro from J. Wildeman in May of 2010 as dependable transportation for my family and I. Our salesman, Chuck Pholf, informed us that there was only one key available with this Dodge Nitro. I told Chuck I was not overly happy with this arrangement and would like to have an additional key provided to me. He told me that he would fill the car up with gasoline, which he did, and look into getting me another key. We are still waiting on the key. Months went by with no contact after Chuck told me that he would be in touch with a follow-up on the status of the second key. We finally had to contact Mr. Pholf ourselves to touch base and he informed us that they did indeed have a key waiting for us but couldn't contact us (?) and sold it to another client. He also stated that the cost of the second key would cost us an additional $150. I feel I have been treated wrongly throughout my dealings with J. Wildeman and think it reasonable to expect two keys with the purchase of ANY $18,000 vehicle, or at least a timely response back. I have contacted other personnel from J. Wildeman in the past few weeks who each assured me that they would be in contact with me but as of today I still have not heard a response from anyone on this matter. Because of this experience, I will not personally use or recommend J. Wildeman for any vehicle purchases or service. Our salesman, Mr. Pholf, also stated he had sent us two gas coupons to fill our tank on the Nitro, which we never received. He informed us that he had sent them and we could use them when we went shopping in Princeton. We do not shop in Princeton, as we live in Sumner and are much closer to Olney, Lawrenceville, or Vincennes. The only reason we got a free tank of gas initially was because the Nitro was in need of an oil change and Chuck stated if we paid for the oil change he would fill the vehicle up. I'm not asking for much, just a second key for a vehicle we spent $18,000 on. We are a young family just starting out and in today's uncertain economy, we do not have the extra $150 to dedicate to purchasing another key. From now on I'll be doing my business at Westport Chrysler Dodge and if I have to purchase a $150 key, J. Wildeman will definitely not get another penny from me. I will be posting this to other dealer websites so no other customers get treated the same way as me Sincerely, Ryan Shick More
