They are not following their contract they are breaking they're doing all sorts of stuff that are not in the contract and they are breaking Arizona law in trying to raise the rent with no notice and then they're trying to say it's in the contract it is not, booting my trailer when I refuse to pay the updated rent I'm more than willing to pay my contract rent in Arizona both the you need 30 days notice and you cannot boot a trailer you have to provide proof and have law enforcement do it. Based on the way the financial lady handled this the lies she told me and then sending separate emails with different dates for the same information and then showing the wrong information to the cops and lying verbally to the cops and Steve Curry just backing her up not even looking at the dates on the paperwork that shows I was paid up he's trying to charge me 5 weeks I do owe him eight days he wants five weeks plus the eight days. They made me stand out in the sun for an hour I am disabled and when I asked for some water because of the both the hour waiting up at my trailer cuz she told me she would come up and unboot it to then walking down to their office which is not a really short walk I'd ask the secretary for some water and her response was oh we have some but not for people like you. Either Sandra Burbur is incompetent definitely a pathological liar or this was a deliberate plot to steal my airstream. Even though they are the ones going outside the contract the police here say it's only a civil matter oh and don't forget he called me at home Steve Curry did And was laughing saying good luck suing me. So basically they're allowed to do whatever they want, steal whatever they want, why however they want. And the police won't do anything about it they're breaking to Arizona criminals and will statutes the police don't care. I saw another review that said the cops are out there quite a bit well they must be paying them off now because it's all up to me the victim has to sue and in the meantime they've taken possession of my trailer and they are trying to extort me for an extra 5 weeks rent. The next page makes you choose a car won't let you go on unless you do so I will be put in the car but what I'm discussing is my 34 ft airstream trailer that I think they want because we all know how nice airstreams are and how much they're worth they're worth enough to try to steal from and gaslight a disabled woman who just lost her mother and her son and had a double mastectomy and I don't know what someone like you means but I'm taking that to me my parents my grief my anxiety and my autism. More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I recommend taking your vehicle any where but here, we were at our cabin over the weekend when Monday morning I was in town i noticed my f150 was le I recommend taking your vehicle any where but here, we were at our cabin over the weekend when Monday morning I was in town i noticed my f150 was leaking a lot of water from the front of the engine, I took the truck to Steve Coury Fords service department, it took them several hours to get me a quote which was for the water pump. They quoted me 5 hours labor which I later found out is typically quoted 2.8 hours according to the book. they got the truck in Monday and my son drove up from the valley Monday to give me a ride back to the cabin, Tuesday around 1pm I called for an update on my truck, they said the parts guy would be there in about 30 minutes with the water pump. Wednesday around noon comes and we call again for an update, the service manager tells us the parts arrived Wednesday morning and they were working on it, Wednesday before closing we stop in to see if the truck was ready, they proceed to tell us there was another part that needed replaced and it wouldn't be there till Thursday morning, the manager was very rude and dismissive of the fact that they never called us to authorize more parts being needed at an additional cost, finally Thursday around 3pm we call to see if the truck is done and they said it was being wrapped up and would call us when it was done. Thursday night around 5:10 pm they called us to tell us the truck was done and that they closed in 20 minutes so we weren't able to get it until Friday morning. when we arrived Friday morning to pick it up the bill came out over $400 more than they quoted which was due to the other parts and labor they never authorized, their service manager has an incredible lack of basic communication with customers, the only phone call we received from them in 4 days was to tell us the truck was ready. I wouldn't recommend Steve Coury Ford to my worst enemy, youre better off having your vehicle towed to the valley if it needs service when in the payson area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS More
