Arriving too late to diagnose the p When my Toyota Sienna died on the highway it was towed to the nearest AAA approved repair shop--Steve Coury Ford. Arriving too late to diagnose the problem, I was told by Ben Clifton they woud check it out the next morning & give me a call. We got a motel room & settled in for the night. The next afternoon I was told the timing belt had jumped and I would need a new timing belt and water pump which had a small leak. Ben said these always come as a kit & are replaced at the same time. He said it was a 4 hour job with an estimated $500-$600 price tag, They had the parts though and he assured me they would be able to do the job the next day. Because of commitments in the valley my wife & I rented a car & drove back to Phoenix. The next day I called Coury around noon & reached one of the techs who said they were working on it, but it was looking like it would take another day. I told him that was unacceptable & that I had to return the rental car and expected mine to be done as promised. There were still over 4 hours left in the day. I checked again at 2:00PM just before leaving the house & reached Ben who assured me the tech was mistaken & the car would be ready. We drove to Star Valley & picked up the car around 4:00 PM thinking everything had been done as agreed. While I was paying the $530 bill, Ben told me they had not been able to replace the water pump because it was not included in the kit.with the timing belt. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE LIE! Since Ben made no other comment I assumed that at least a new timing belt had been installed. I didn't find out how wrong that was until I called Ben a few days later to lodge a complaint. After talking to several repair shops about replacing the water pump I was told "no reputable shop would replace the timing belt without replacing the water pump." That's when Ben told me to look at my receipt & I would see that he didn't replace the timing belt either. Instead he just re-installed the old one & reset the timing. In other words, Ben gave me a $530 bandaid & left me facing another $500-$600 bill to get the repair done that he promised to do. I still have a leaky water pump & a suspect timing belt with over 60K miles on it that I now wouldn't trust for any extended drive. Ben can't understand my outrage. After all, he got me back on the road, so what's the problem? I guess if he thinks lying about having the parts, lying about the water pump being left out of the kit, lying about the work he was going to do and lying about how long it would take aren't reason to be upset, that should tell you all you need to know about taking your car to Steve Coury Ford. Too bad there isn't a zero star rating. Just count the 1 star for some friendly staff. More

I looked up the standing by the Better Business Bureau and found out that they have a F rating. Nobody should go anywhere near Steve COURY FORD in Payson Arizona. An F rating, what a shame this dealership is. Lincoln, the finance department manager has lied to me EVERY TIME I have been there complaining about the payoff of the Cadillac CTS. More

We were greeted by a friendly sales staff and actually ended up buying a used truck although we were not really ready. They were so fair with our trade-in and with the price of their vehicle. The entire experience from start to finish was low key, no pressure yet professional and friendly. The paperwork was done in a timely manner and low pressure. We can't say enough about how well and fair we were treated. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I feel like we have new friends. More

Hay and trailer stolen off of property I took my F250 in to have a fuel problem fixed. My trailer full of 68 bales was not allowed in the fenced lot so it was parked just past the cars for I took my F250 in to have a fuel problem fixed. My trailer full of 68 bales was not allowed in the fenced lot so it was parked just past the cars for sale (the land is now roped off exactly where the trailer was parked). We went through the better business bureau and they said it was not their property. They quite taking our phone calls and never reimbursed us a dime. They will nor take me off if their junk mail. I would never advise anyone to go there. More
we took our ford thunderbird bill Elliot in for a service. they took 12 weeks to fix the problem, granted they had to send the item away to be fixed as this is a collectable car. we asked to take it service. they took 12 weeks to fix the problem, granted they had to send the item away to be fixed as this is a collectable car. we asked to take it home and was assured it would be garaged. the service manager inspected the car with us and wrote down it was in perfect condition. when we got it back ,the steering collom was chipped and scratched, also the dash had been spray painted to cover damage they did, when I picked it up, a very young man was told to tell me (his words not mine) that the damage was done when we dropped it off. also the paintwork is damaged. this car was garaged all the time at my home. w sent 2 certified letters to Steve Coury, they have not as yet had the decency to reply to any of them. I have been a good customer to Steve Coury over the years and I am disgusted with this whole matter More
