Bought a PT cruiser from Jack Giambalvo who seem nice, but had to go to Stetler for service, who seem screwy. This time I had an inspection, couldn't find anything wrong so they claimed the bolt was stri but had to go to Stetler for service, who seem screwy. This time I had an inspection, couldn't find anything wrong so they claimed the bolt was stripped on the oil pan and wanted 375 to replace it, opted for a repair bolt, and they were not happy. REFUSE to tell you what the price is until you return for the car. Were going to leave me stranded since they had to keep it overnight because they messed around all day with this oil pan business. Grudgingly got me an Enterprise loaner. Guy there said they are pissed at them because they refuse to pay them for loaners accurately, try to rip them off. THIS is a messed-up place, Cheryl has only been there 3 weeks so she doesn't really know anything yet. I will not return there unless work is under warranty. More
I had problems at this dealer, I talked to the managers, and I feel that they will definatley help as much as they can to solve the problem. I bought my car from the Giambalvo Mazda dealer, which is an exc and I feel that they will definatley help as much as they can to solve the problem. I bought my car from the Giambalvo Mazda dealer, which is an excellent place to go, they will do the maximum for you. I've had to take my car to Stetler Dodge, since I have a Chrysler product, which was recently bought by the Giambalvo family. I didn't have many good experiences at Stetler Dodge, and it started before Giambalvo bought them, so it's not there fault. Other people I know had problems with Stetler years before I even started going there, and they won't go there. In one way, I wish I would have seen this site, because I'm obviously not the only person that's had the same issue with this particular person in service, I would have saved my self a lot of stress and could have avoided it in the first place. Websites like this are good in a way, because it gives a track record, but at the same time, if you let the problem be known, They'll do what they can do resolve it. More

I bought a 2005 T&C 25,000 miles, driven by one of the owners and still under original factory warranty. Before I picked up the car they put new tires on the front and did an alignment because of a very owners and still under original factory warranty. Before I picked up the car they put new tires on the front and did an alignment because of a very obvious irregular wear pattern on both tires. 10,0000 miles later the EXACT same wear pattern showed up and they did another alignment rotated the tires and now after after 20,0000 miles I need four new tires because the rotated tires developed the EXACT same wear pattern. They now they say it was my driving habits, the tires have too much wear and they won't do anything about it. I have automatic side doors that intermittently don't work. They wouldn't fix them because it would cost them money and they weren't sure it would fix the problem. The car used a full quart of oil every 1,500 to 2,500 miles. I've never had a car use that much oil but they say that is spec for this car. After 1.5 years of going back again and again to get the doors and tire wear problem resolved they told me it was all my fault because I missed an oil change. That indicated that I didn't take care of my car. Then I happened to be in the service area and overheard the service manager talking about a customer that wanted their car to work properly and he spoke derisively about them expecting that kind of service. Stay away from this dealership, they push any real issues off until enough time/miles have past that they can say it's your fault and don't have to deal with it. More
