The sales people didn't hound me or try to push me into a more expensive vehicle. He listened to what I wanted/needed in a car and allowed me to look around at the inventory without being over my shoulder t more expensive vehicle. I bought 2011 Dodge Avenger today at Stettler Dodge. I owned a Dodge Avenger in the late 90s, loved the car, and was suprised by the improvements in the engine, etc., also the interior is WOW! Scott deffinalty went above and beyond for me. He took my car that day and I have to back the day he told me I would. Scott then followed up with me after I got my car to make sure I was satisfied with my car and visit. I would recommend anyone to Scott and to your dealership for all their car needs. I came to Stetler Dodge in search of a vehicle I saw online. Upon arrival, I walked into the showroom and saw Mike Stevens in his office so I asked where I might find the vehicle in question. He stopped doing whatever he was working on and helped me. He took me outside and let me see the used vehicles. He was knowledgable in each van he showed me. The van I saw online was nowhere to be found, but we found one to my liking so we were soon on the road for a test drive. A few days later I was back to buy the van I tested. Mike worked closely with the financing guy and before long I was on my way home in a new set of wheels. Each time I have calle with questions, Mike has known the answer and was willing to help. More
Bought a 2011 Town and COuntry. Dealer didn't send the payoff for my trade-in until 3 full weeks later - making my old loan delinquent. Dealer did not bother to call me - I had to notify them of the problem! They also installed a DVD player - not to factory standards - it was an after market variety that must be played through an FM frequency. It is staticky and the remote does not work. I was admonished for being unhappy with this since it was "easier for the dealership" than ripping out the dash to do what was discussed at time of sale. UPDATE: After some discussions with the dealership- specifically John Kocul and Dave Stetler-I have had my issues with my recent purchase resolved in a positive manner. I wish I would have been able to deal with individuals as such as Dave Stetler the entire time, as I found him to be quite professional and helpful. My DVD player is now factory quality, and covered under the warranty. This is what I was promised the whole time, and thankfully the dealership, though there was some tension and a few missteps, held up their end of the bargain. I am changing my ratings to "OK"'s as a reflection of the helpfulness of Dave and John, not what was done intially. Overall, this is an average. If I had to rate Dave and John's handling of my situation, they would receive a "Good" or "Great" in most categories, but the bad taste of the previous handling negates some of that. More

I just bought a new 2011 Jeep Liberty Limited and had a wonderful experience. I was trying to decide between a Ford Escape and another Jeep Liberty Limited (this is my second one) and after dealing with t wonderful experience. I was trying to decide between a Ford Escape and another Jeep Liberty Limited (this is my second one) and after dealing with the obnoxious Ford dealership (Apple) earlier in the day I couldn't have taken another pushy salesman or manager. I had researched both of these SUVs for the last six months and knew what the prices should be and what options were on them but I had not actually seen them in person. Austin was a wonderful salesman (not pushy, didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't want, knew the product and its options). He showed me the new Liberty and all of its options. He than sat down with me and asked me what I wanted in the car. He than quoted me a price which I couldn't even quibble with. The price was better than I could have asked for. It was nice for a salesman not to treat me like a dumb woman. I wanted the cherry red with the black leather interior and even though they didn't have one on the lot Austin did everything to get me the car of my dreams with the same price he originally quoted me. He called a lot of other dealerships trying to find the car with the options I wanted. He finally found one in Ohio and went and picked it up himself on Friday and when I went in today to get it it was already for me. I didn't have to sign any intent to buy agreement or put any money down while he was doing all of this. The jeep was clean and shiny and all I had to do was the financing paperwork which was so simple. They were even able to get me a financing rate that beat my Credit Union's rate of 2.9%. This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had and this is my seventh car I have bought. More
My 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 developed some major problems this past week that were very unusual. I have to admit that I first took my truck to an independent service station that I have done business with many ti past week that were very unusual. I have to admit that I first took my truck to an independent service station that I have done business with many times. After I got the news from them, I was advised to contact Stetler Dodge as my truck was just out of warranty on both miles and months. Cheryl advised that I contact Chrysler customer service, which I did. I also contacted Scott Galbraith who was my salesman and Scott was very, very helpful in many ways. The staff at Stetler's diagnosed and confirmed my problems and assisted me with my dealings with Chrysler's customer service. Rocky and Cheryl went to bat for me and went about fixing my problem right away. I did not mention that I had a family weekend trip planned that I simply could not make happen without my truck. All of these folks went above and beyond in my opinion. They made it happen for me and I could not ask for more. The staff at Stetler Dodge needs to be applauded for their efforts. I don't know who the service technician was that did the work for me, but they deserve a big thank you as well. I just can't say enough good things about my recent experience. I can honestly say that I am not happy about the problem I had, but I sure am glad that Stetler Dodge had the solution. The solution was good people who work there and care about what they do. I really have to say I am disappointed in this place, at least on the way the internet side of things. I am not sure if they are cherry picking or what they are doing, but it seems like if they have to do a least on the way the internet side of things. I am not sure if they are cherry picking or what they are doing, but it seems like if they have to do any kind of leg work or even answer questions about their vehicles, look at your trade, etc., they want nothing to do with you. I would think in today's economy that it things would be the the exact opposite, but not with the this dealership. Oh well, we'll just go elsewhere. More
