Purchased new Jeep Cherokee We had a terrible experience at another Jeep dealership in the area which is how we ended up at Stetler Jeep Chrysler. Before we headed down there we We had a terrible experience at another Jeep dealership in the area which is how we ended up at Stetler Jeep Chrysler. Before we headed down there we explained to them the issues we had and said if they do business the same way we will go elsewhere. We cut to the chase, no BS, and were in and out reasonably quickly. I am giving 4 stars because there is always room for improvement, plus it's kind of early to give a "stellar" rating as we haven't used their service department yet. The real customer service test will be at that time and I'll update my review accordingly. More

Once in the shop, expert diagnostics and servicing performed by Robert S zeroed in on and fixed the problem efficiently. My vehicle was completed when promised, and the bill even came in slightly below the original cost estimate. Based on this experience, I am very satisfied with Stetler's front-end service coordination and the outcome of the work performed. More

I went Keep in mind I've been coming here for years, ever since Fishel's in Red Lion closed. My Jeep needed a state inspection and oil/filter change. I went online and made the appt for Friday at 745. I dropped it off Thursday evening, because that's convenient to do for us. At 4pm Friday, still no call from the service department. I call to ask if it was done, and was put on hold. A "service advisor" got on the phone, and I asked her if it was done. I was put on hold again, this time I sat for five minutes, then I hung up. I called back, and gave them a piece of my mind. Obviously to me, that hadn't touched my vehicle. I said to them about the 745 appt, and they promptly told me they service the people there waiting before drop offs! The advisor told me it would be done at 530. Went there at 6 to pick it up and couldn't. Service closed at 530, which I was not told. There used to be a cashier there til like 7 for later pick ups. No more. A salesman took our name and said he'd make sure we got a call first thing Saturday morning. Didn't happen. I ended up calling basically to find out if my Jeep, dropped off Thursday night for a 745 Friday appointment, was ok to be picked up Saturday! It was done, it was sitting on the lot Friday night, but I wouldn't leave without paying for it when we stopped in. So me, thinking making an appointment online, dropping it off ahead because we can, was easy and convenient. They are less than 5 miles from my house as well. All features that one would think is convenient for a customer. But is it? I think no. I was basically lead to believe going in without an appointment gets their full attention. It's a shame, because I've been taking two vehicles there for years, a Sebring and a Wrangler. I may be forced to go elsewhere after how I was treated. More

The professionalism and the customer service was impeccable. I didn't feel like I was being conned into a sell. I had many questions and he had answers and didn't try to shy away from them. They work with you to fit you with what you want and what won't break you. I'm a hard sell and I'd recommend them pationatly. More
Ethical, honest dealership My recent purchase of a used vehicle from Stetler sparked my need to submit this review. I have NEVER had a dealership stand by the sale of a used veh My recent purchase of a used vehicle from Stetler sparked my need to submit this review. I have NEVER had a dealership stand by the sale of a used vehicle like Stetler. We experienced mechanical issues(previous owner made them undetectable at the time Stetler took the trade-in) with the vehicle within the first few weeks. We were expecting Stetler to behave as a "used car" salesman and tell us this is not their problem but they did the exact opposite. They took responsibility for the problem and immediately arranged for the vehicle to be serviced at no charge. Everyone at the dealership from Sales to Service was professional and pleasant. Stetler Dodge has my full endorsement as a reputable and ethical dealership and I highly recommend purchasing your new or used vehicle from them. More
bad service Our Dodge Ram was taken to Stetler Dodge on 5/10/16 by a collision center to do a repair job that was due to an accident. On 5/17/16 I phoned Stetler Our Dodge Ram was taken to Stetler Dodge on 5/10/16 by a collision center to do a repair job that was due to an accident. On 5/17/16 I phoned Stetler Dodge and asked since the truck is just sitting there waiting for a part that was on backorder if they could check a shake we had in the right front and give us an estimate or see if it was covered under the powertrain warranty. I was told by the gentleman on the phone (did not get his name) that it was probably just a tire balancing issue. On 5/24/16 I got our truck back after all repairs were done and the right part came in. On 5/26/16 I took my truck to the place we got our tires from and asked if they could please check alignment and balance the tires because of the shake we had. They informed me it was not a tire issue at all but was a transmission issue. I left that shop and drove straight to Stetler Dodge to inform them of this issue and was told my powertrain warranty expired at 12:01 that morning so it would not be covered. My complaint is if they would have checked the vehicle on the 17th like I asked them to it would have been covered under warranty but instead they refused to check and wanted me to pay out of pocket for the parts and repair. worse experience ever! Mike from finance is shady & dishonest! Don't believe anything he says or does! Deliberately doesn't tell the truth. DONT SIGN anything without readi Mike from finance is shady & dishonest! Don't believe anything he says or does! Deliberately doesn't tell the truth. DONT SIGN anything without reading in full! they added an extended warranty after it was madr clear we did not want one & mike did this without disclosing or our knowledge! They had us sign papers stating it was everything we discussed! Was told could only buy the 200 but said it could be traded for a challenger within 6 to 8 months! What a joke! They didn't disclose they would only give 1/2 the purchase price for trade in. So a car that we believed to be financing at 22,000 new turned into almost 28,000 because mike knowing adding an extended warranty after he clearly knew we said no to!!then insult to injury they are offering less than 14,000 for trade in for the lemon!!! Mike said based on credit history as long as payments were made on time & no new negative credit activity the car could be traded in for a challenger with old car payofff tradein! According to stetler now, without a huge ( 11,203.00) down payment, there is no way to trade in for the Challenger or that matter any car unless it's a non desirable car that Chrysler will give the bank an incentive of thousands of dollars so the bank will finance! Instead of being upfront & disclosing what a customer truly is looking at, they blow smoke to make the sale without regerds to the customer.I plan on pursuing the lemon law, attorney general & consumer affairs along with any other routes available to prevent this from happening to other buyers More
