Love my Dodge Charger I went into the dealership to get an oil change on my Red 2012 Avenger. I decided to drop into my salesmans office and started talking to him. Wasn I went into the dealership to get an oil change on my Red 2012 Avenger. I decided to drop into my salesmans office and started talking to him. Wasn't looking for a new car as the Avenger was only 2016 and I loved my car. My Salesman, Andrew Christiansen, wanted to just show me a red Charger on the lot. Not to sell it to me, just to show it to me. So I went with him and looked at the Red Charger and said, nope, I already have a red car. Then I turned around and saw my Black on Black Dodge Charger and fell in love. I secretly think that a beam of light shone down from the heavens right onto that car. Needless to say, Andrew sold me another car. And I couldn't be happier. Andrew took the time to go over everything on the car. Set up the radio, put a few of my favorite stations on it and explained all the features. He remained at work after the dealership closed just to make sure I was knowledgeable enough about everything. He gave me his cell phone number and said, its the same number his mom uses to call him....just in case i had any questions. Go see Andrew at Stetler Dodge, ,....you cant go wrong!! More
Service is improving I’ve been using Stetler service off and on for a few years with inconsistent quality. About a year ago I needed major service on my vehicle that resul I’ve been using Stetler service off and on for a few years with inconsistent quality. About a year ago I needed major service on my vehicle that resulted in nothing short of a nightmare experience. I won’t go into details as it’s been a while but I will say the issues I experienced rendered me without my vehicle for approx. seven weeks. After that I was hesitant to return however the other dealer in the area is much worse. Since then, I’ve been back and I’ve noticed marked improvements in the speed and quality of service. They still try to sell you add-on’s like air filters, cabin filters and wipers but I’m sure that’s protocol for all dealers. I’ve also noticed a lot of turnover with service staff and it seems they’re frequently looking for technicians which could be a sign of improvements and holding technicians accountable for their work or simply hard to find good people. I’ve also noticed turnover with the Advisors which when having to deal with quality issues on repairs, must be a difficult job. One Advisor that I highly recommend is Tony. He’s the one Advisor I’ve worked with for a while when my vehicle needs service and he genuinely seems to care about the customers and does his best to ensure satisfaction. During my aforementioned issues he took the brunt of my complaints and concerns and always remained professional, calm and seemed to care about what I was going through with repairs. I’m sure time will tell however for now, I can recommend them and hope for continued improvement. More

Right from the first step in the door all the staff was friendly,helpful and professional.We are from Berwick,Pa. and the drive was well worth the respect and service we recieved.Our next automobile will come from Stetler again.Our salesman was Joe Delaney,very polite,friendly and professional.There was no hassle.It was a done deal almost before we knew it. Ready for a Change! My husband and I were ready to trade in the minivan, but not sure what we were looking for. The dealership was closing, everyone was leaving, and he stayed with us to make sure we understood all the "bells and whistles". We still contact him every now and then with questions and he is more than willing to answer them. There is NO doubt in my mind that we will return when it is time to purchase our next vehicle. Extremely pleased with service on my jeep wrangler. Has I am a picky customer I expected a lot of resistance as I made a list of things above and beyond the normal service process. For example, using anti-seize on the fasteners when replacing my suspension. Tony Poulin’s demeanor was very pleasant with an attitude/willingness to make sure that he got my full list of special requests taken care of. I inspected the Jeep when I got home and was very pleased with the attention to detail, the technician Tyler, had when he performed the work. Only complaint, some parts where expensive or no longer available. Thank you and I hope to see you again when I need some more work! More
