First Time Visitor! This was my first time using the Service Dept at Stetler and I was impressed by their friendliness and polite service. One thing I will recommend.. One thing I will recommend....bring the customers vehicle to the service area when picking up versus having the customer walk around the building to find their vehicle. Much better presentation when the car is pulled up waiting for the customer to "jump in" and be on their way! More

Excellent service Took my wife’s 12 Jeep Wrangler in because the check engine light was on and was told the reason was for the infamous cylinder misfire and that the he Took my wife’s 12 Jeep Wrangler in because the check engine light was on and was told the reason was for the infamous cylinder misfire and that the head needed replaced under warranty. The head was on back order and they did not know how long it was going to be, within 2 weeks the head was in and replaced in a timely manner. More

They first tried to tell me that the vehicle was almost 4000 more than advertised online then after that they said they could eat the difference but when they told me what they wanted it was the higher price and i would have gotten nothing for my trade what kind of joke are you people playing. I am a women maybe your sales people think i don't have a brain or can be taken advantage of the price of the jeep was 35123 they wanted 37000 and my car. I had offered 25000 and my car. He ended up coming back and just handing me my keys and didn't say anything i said are you done he said well we are like 8000 apart. My math with what he told me was 12000 what a joke More

Outstanding ! I was looking for a Rubicon with all of the safety features and a soft top included. Emerson went above and beyond to help us find one. While we did not find one with a soft top( 8 that we had done searches sold over the weekend) we did find one that had everything but the soft top. Emerson printed off a list of everything available that suited us and 3 of us sat down with highlighters and marked off everything on our list and then called the dealerships, we finally found one that was perfect at a dealer still in PA. It was picked up the next day and a day later we purchased our first Jeep. Emerson did an outstanding job as our sales rep and we would highly recommend working with him. Everyone at Stetler was pleasant and the building is very clean. Outstanding visit! More
