My Jeep Renegade broke down for the 2nd time. After calling AAA with a battery that couldn't be charged I had to have it towed out to Stetler and use the dropbox service since at that point it was alre calling AAA with a battery that couldn't be charged I had to have it towed out to Stetler and use the dropbox service since at that point it was already past four. My anxiety was through the roof at the thought of this being the third major issue I have had with my Jeep and it's not even 2-years old and under ten thousand miles, paired with the negative experiences I had in the past with Stetler. I can not tell you how pleased and relieved I was when Casey Evans called me the next day letting me know my car was all taken care of and ready to go! She did an amazing job explaining to me in terms I could understand what had happened (a faulty Body Control Module that drained my battery completely). She was happy to report to me that they had the part in stock, replaced the part, and confirmed nothing was wrong with my battery - all covered under warranty. She was super friendly to me over the phone and I just wanted to highlight her, Jonathan Ruppert (who serviced my car and left excellent service notes), and I think it was Greg Barker who checked my service ticket out. Not only were they all friendly and empathetic, but I was also very impressed at the precaution of COVID-19, when I got my car back it had plastic covering and was as clean as I left it. I honestly was expecting to not have my car back for a while due to my past experience. Casey and Jonathan exceeded my expectations and I just want to make sure they know how much they made my day. My Jeep is running much better! More
