Called a week in advance to schedule a service appointment on Saturday 8/8 to take care of any recalls, a interior rattle and a problem with transmission not down shifting. Spend 2.5 hours their appointment on Saturday 8/8 to take care of any recalls, a interior rattle and a problem with transmission not down shifting. Spend 2.5 hours their waiting, John the service advisor comes and tells me they're finished. I asked did they get everything done? He says there is no place legal where they can test drive at 70 mph. He also says they test drove for the transmission shifting problem, didn't have any problems. He also says that Saturday is mainly for doing oil changes and they are not staffed on weekends for these kind of problems. I scheduled another appointment for this coming Friday 8/14, not sure yet what I'm going to do. Reason being is because when I dropped my SUV off I took a picture of the odometer. If they test drove it like John said, why is the mileage exactly the same? Yea right, I don't like being lied too. Really seriously thinking about esculating this to upper management. More

Great experience. Had my Jeep towed to Stetler after no battery charge and unable to charge battery by Road Side Assistance personnel. Once at the shop I received updates from Tony and actually had a recal battery charge and unable to charge battery by Road Side Assistance personnel. Once at the shop I received updates from Tony and actually had a recall taken care of while there. Tony notified me of the recall and the fact they would take care of it, avoiding another visit.
