I bought a used Mercedes-Benz with a 3-month warranty. When I test drove it, I noticed that the left turn signal wasn’t working properly. They told me they would have it fixed. I took it in for service When I test drove it, I noticed that the left turn signal wasn’t working properly. They told me they would have it fixed. I took it in for service and asked if they had a loaner car. They said they did not. They could not fix it and had to send it to a Mercedes dealership to replace the steering column. It was there for 2 weeks. I picked it up and drove it home and when I pulled into my driveway a check engine light came on and the ECO start/stop was not working properly. I called and they told me to bring it back in a couple days. I asked if they had a loaner car because I live over an hour away and it was an issue to find someone to pick me up at their dealership. They did not. I took it back in, and they had to send it to the Mercedes dealership again. They told me it was a pressure valve. Again, they had it over 2 weeks. I asked them if they could extend my warranty a month because it had been in their shop for over a total of a month. They said they would not. I picked up the car again and drove it home. The check engine light was out but it still had the same issue with the ECO start/stop. I called and left a message with my service advisor and never got a call back. More
There are four Chrysler dealerships within 1 hour of me. Stetler is 2 hours away, but it's worth the extra time. They are very responsive to my needs, very easy to work with, and Emerson Courson is the fine Stetler is 2 hours away, but it's worth the extra time.
