I finally found my Ram TRX here almost exactly the way I would have ordered it. I called and was expecting a crazy markup like every dealer I called or visited in the last year. I spoke to Jason Berry and we had a great conversation about me and my high performance cars I’ve owned over the years. He knew I really wanted it and was not going to flip it. They worked out a fair deal for my trades (‘16 Challenger Hellcat & a’19 Ram Big Horn) Basically did everything over the phone with photos of my vehicles. When my wife and I arrived with the vehicles all we had to do is sign the paperwork. It was great, no pressure and everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. It was the best car buying experience i have ever had, and i have bought quite a few vehicles over the years (over 30). I purchased a used Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. they went over absolutley everything an and i have bought quite a few vehicles over the years (over 30). I purchased a used Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. they went over absolutley everything and gave it a full overhaul. Little stuff that i never thought they would consider fixing was either fixed or replaced. Then to top it off, when we were ready to take it home, Johnathan said wait a minuet. I need to go fill the gas tank. I have bought new cars that they never filled the gas tank. When i left i was driving a better than new vehicle. No stress or pushy salesmen. It is an awsome place to shop. The only thing that bothers me is filling out this dealer rater. Down below it says rate the people that helped you. It seems alittle disrespectful to still have Keith Sheffer on the list. I think it is over a year since he passed away. You might want to concider taking him off of the list. My salesman was not on the list and he has been there 7-8 years. More
