Lack of professionalism and communication, our whole experience from the day we bought the vehicle even to date when we take the vehicle in for service it is a nightmare! We have to call the service department to check to see if our parts are in so we can have warranty work done, you would think they would call you. Not this dealership! I can go on and on about the experience we had, I will leave it at this, we will not be back to them as they need to finds some management who pays attention to what is going on in the place, worst car buying/service experience I have ever had!
