I moved from apartments to a house so Sterling McCall is in my neighborhood. What a fortunate move. My initial visit went so well I scheduled another visit for regular servicing next week. After receiving a price quote on a new vehicle we agreed to go and look at the vehicle. The dealer is approximately 30 miles away and we left immediately as agreed. Upon arriving we were told by Mr Vo that to go and look at the vehicle. The dealer is approximately 30 miles away and we left immediately as agreed. Upon arriving we were told by Mr Vo that he had just sold the vehicle. This is very unprofessional at the least. I would certainly not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
I had a great experience at this dealership. They treated me great and I even got to look around and they had the best prices for the vehicle I was looking for. Freddi was a wonderful sales man and treated me great and I even got to look around and they had the best prices for the vehicle I was looking for. Lube dept. is fine, but the service dept. really is lame. I am waiting for 10 minutes while late comers are being helped. So many negative experiences I have had with this place. Next car is not going to be from this dealer for their poor service (I had also had an issue upon purchase; title not being sent in timely manner, license plate being forgotten, one of the options I purchased was not done upon vehicle pickup) More

I was in the used car dept last night around 8:45. I test drove 2 used cars. I accompanied salesman Thomas Simmons to his office to "look at some numbers" on the 2 cars. I told him I was not ready to buy yet drove 2 used cars. I accompanied salesman Thomas Simmons to his office to "look at some numbers" on the 2 cars. I told him I was not ready to buy yet, because I was still looking around, and I thought I would get a better deal at the end of the month. He said that wasn't the case, and I said that I thought that it was, and he told me that I could "just leave, then," that I could "just go if you want." Needless to say I didn't argue, just left quietly. I couldn't believe I was talked to like that. I complained the next morning to the used car Mgr, and he only said he was sorry about it, didn't seem genuinely sorry, didn't even say he would to talk to Mr Simmons. I suggest you stay away from this place, because no one cares about the customer. More
Be aware of fraud at Sterling McCall. When financing, at 2.9% on 26,000 Saaid came back with a payment of 583/mo. Our salesperson, Burt, was very good, so we decided he should not suffer for the actions of an unethical co-worker. He called back and the payment was 110$ less than originally quoted the day before. Also, when getting insurance for the vehicle, no one at Sterling McCall would give my insurer the VIN # for the vehicle we were buying and gave them the run around as well. Needless to say, I will not be taking my car there for service considering how unprofessional the sales/finance team at Sterling McCall has proven themselves to be. More
After reaching an agreement and literally sitting in the finance manager's office, the salesperson stepped in to say they "accidentally" just sold the same car to the person in the next office. Then asked i finance manager's office, the salesperson stepped in to say they "accidentally" just sold the same car to the person in the next office. Then asked if we were interested in a car that we had already declined (and was more poorly equipped). They said they would make it right but when I called the next day only received a tepid response to try to find me a new vehicle with no attempt to secure a similarly equipped one. No apology, not even any communication, from the manager who purportedly made the mistake. Funny. I told a friend about what happened and their question was "Sterling McCall"? 'Nuff said. More
