Worst experience ever... @ Sterling McCall please excuse my grammar... Internet Sales manager Duy Vo - was Very Rude.. basicly told me go ease where. So i went to Fort Bend and bought 2016 Tun please excuse my grammar... Internet Sales manager Duy Vo - was Very Rude.. basicly told me go ease where. So i went to Fort Bend and bought 2016 Tundra 4x4 . purchase 12/09/2016. Cause Duy was the first to reach out to me so I came to Sterling instead of going elsewhere. When I got there instead of helping me look for the right vehicle for me. He insist I look at the one he pull up. 1st off it was dirty second Truck was Damage with a Dent on the Bumper. I told him i would like to see another one i don't want to buy a new car that has damage on it. Instead of helping me out.. He talk down on me...He told me he sold car like that all the time. I am sorry but if i was to drop 40 to 50k on a car i would like a peace of mind that it's new and not damage. Than he told me well thank you and goodbye Kevin.. I was shock... Instead of asking would like me to see what else i have. So I Call my brother he was like go down to Fort Bend since i was in the area. Drove to Fort Bend Toyota. They did not have the truck i want in stock. But they said they can get it in next day.. I was like Done. Even tho Fort Bend is sister Dealership with Sterling McCall their services is allot better. I honestly hope Duy treat other clients better than he did me. McCall leave a very bad experiences.. I do not wish this experience on any other looking to purchase a vehicle. More

This dealer (at a different location) sold me a car that was not clean or detailed, he overcharged me, and I started having major issues a year later. There were so many red flags but I ignored them because I really needed a car, and this dealer just wanted his commission. So when I was shopping for a newer vehicle I was afraid of someone taking advantage of me. I went to Sterling McCall Toyota and went to Salim Adil because my boss recommended me to him. This man is heaven sent. He was so sweet, and he ACTUALLY cared about my need for a vehicle and he WORKED with me and he made it happen. He is an awesome dealer. He's got some major blessings coming his way, he is that amazing. I recommend this guy 10000%! More

Great experience buying 2016 Tacoma I was in the market for a 2016 Tacoma. I had visited 3 other dealerships in the Houston area, and my goal was to get the exact options I wanted, at t I was in the market for a 2016 Tacoma. I had visited 3 other dealerships in the Houston area, and my goal was to get the exact options I wanted, at the best price I could get, and I would be willing to wait for it to be built at the factory. After some disappointing experiences at other dealerships (dealerships not willing to sell below MSRP, not willing to place the special order, or just outright incompetent), I found Salim Adil at Sterling McCall. Salim was soft-spoken, patient, and knowledgeable, which was a refreshing change compared to some other flashy, fast-talking salesmen I had been dealing with previously. Since I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, we negotiated the price, and Salim placed the special order to my exact specs. Salim had warned me that a special order like this could force me to wait 8-12 weeks for the truck to arrive, so I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Salim just a week later informing me that an identical truck(but different color) would be arriving in 10 days if I wanted it. I went for it. The truck came in as planned, and it was immediately placed in the "sold" lot so no one could drive it. When I came to sign the papers, the price was what we had previously agreed to, so there was no negotiating required. Financing was also quick and painless. The sweet young lady who took care of us (forgot her name) was very pleasant to talk to, and she ended up giving an even better rate than what I was offered from my bank - another pleasant surprise. Anyway, I had a terrific experience. I recommend anyone who's in the market for a new Toyota talk to Salim Adil at Sterling McCall. More

I knew exactly what vehicle I want I had a very good experience with internet salesman Salim Adil at Sterling McCall. I bought a new 4runner from him. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted. I checked their inventory on both Autotrader and their website to ensure they had the exact vehicle in stock. I then called the internet department and got Salim on the phone. I gave him the vehicle number and he verified that the vehicle was available. I informed him I was shopping the car at 2 other dealers and asked him to send me a quote via email. The quote arrived in about 30 minutes, and by the end of the day I called him and asked for a test drive the next morning. He met me, I drove the car, and I bought the 4runner that morning. Salim was very professional. The interaction was pleasant, with no nonsense, and their price was fair. Any shenanigans whatsoever and I would have simply walked away. When I picked up the vehicle, there was a small scratch on the hood, so Salim and I drove the vehicle around to their prep area and a nice fella quickly polished it out for me. So in summary I had a very good overall experience. More

In 2013, he helped me through the whole process of leasing my first car ever, which was a Camry, and made the whole process simple and easy. Before coming to the dealer, I was confused about the leasing process and was worried about not getting the perfect car and deal. However, due to Mr. Shahid Usmani's excellent guidance, all my worries were gone in a matter of few minutes and I happily drove-off with my first, brand-new car and was stress-free. I only being a teenager then, received so much attention from him. If he can deal with a teenager, he can deal with anyone in an excellent manner. He is definitely one of a kind of person.
