Overall I like Sterling McCall Toyota, but one thing is the Service agent James does not have any customer service skills. First of all, he never came to give me any updates on my car. I had to go to the desk on two or three occasions. In short I finally saw him submit paper work to the lady at the desk and when I inquired she told me that she had my paperwork and I paid for my service. This guy practically walked right pass me without a word. More
This was our 5th vehicle purchase from Sterling McCall / Group 1 Automotive, and unfortunately, it will be our last. Bhong Zausa was great as always, but the finance experience with David Wang was frustrati Group 1 Automotive, and unfortunately, it will be our last. Bhong Zausa was great as always, but the finance experience with David Wang was frustrating. We asked multiple times to review the final contract form but were never shown it. He just put it on a USB drive and taking his word, we left trusting David Wang and Sterling McCall. Later that night, my husband I reviewed our purchase by plugging in the USB to our computer. The service contract was quoted at a significantly lower price than what we were ultimately charged. My advice, if you have to buy from Sterling McCall especially once in the F&I office with David Wang, be cautious and vigilant. We emailed GM Keegan Savell about the issue and haven’t received a response over a week later. Disappointing experience from a dealership we once trusted. More
Under construction at the moment but the building overall is and was nice. The wait was too long for an oil change. I got there early and still had to wait 2 hours and 20 mins. The cashier was rude wasn't customer service oriented and hardly ever looked up. But for the most part the waiting area is very comfortable and helps with the long wait. Nothing was really explained after the inspection like it use to be. I didn't even get the sheet that shows all the issues nor an email about declined services I don't if this Is a new direction but it didn't seem too customer service oriented more like burn out to me with a lot of the employees-service workers and cashiers and parts guys the sales guys look pretty happy More

When I got there my service representative didn’t know I have the Toyota Care Service Coverage. I asked what they were doing today and he said that it would be my last tire free rotation. I also said that have the Toyota Care Service Coverage. I asked what they were doing today and he said that it would be my last tire free rotation. I also said that last time I was there they did take off the last service sticker and just placed the new one below. So this time they took the old service sticker off and left the sticky on windshield and didn’t put a new one. I have not had good service at Sterling McCall since prior to Covid. More
