This does not accurately reflect the facts. You personally inspected the pre-owned 2018 vehicle, which had over 100,000 miles, prior to taking delivery. How very, very sad. During the buying process I was sent an email from Mr. Morcho telling me all about the transparency of Sterling McCall Toyota- and if I had any questions or problems to call him immediately. Mr. Morcho of course ignored me, only calling after I have submitted a complaint to the Texas Dept. of Motor Vehicles, which is now investigating Mr. Morcho and his dealership, case 25-0012822. In addition, I have submitted a complaint to the Houston BBB, but based on their previous interaction (F rating) with Sterling McCall Toyota they will probably ignore the Better Business Bureau. Of course Mr. Morcho's response is devoid of any fact. The car had 102,000 miles, was sold new, and serviced since new by Sterling McCall Lexus. Sterling McCall Lexus also installed many tires on the car as the years passed, per the provided records, always with the run flat tires the car was equipped with. I am a 64-year old man that recently had 2 heart valves repaired. After flying 1500 miles that day, which began at 5 AM in CA. There is no way I could get have gotten on my hands knees and crawled around on the ground inspecting the information printed on the tires. Who would expect a $35,000 car to have a mix of run flat tires with regular tires, installed by the selling dealer? Who would expect a car dealership with just the slightest sense of integrity to install 2 tires that should have cost $1100, with 2 incorrect tires that cost $200? Even in this day we are living in, with lies often presented as truth, the complete lack of ethical behavior shown by Mr. Morcho and Sterling McCall Toyota is appalling. As I stated previously, do your due diligence. The Sterling McCall family of dealerships, represented by Mr. Morcho, is morally bankrupt.
