A disappointing first experience with this service center. The only well-handled part of the experience was when I called to schedule the appointment, the rest left much to be desired. When I asked for a 200k mile service, there was no information on what that meant. When I payed the $100 bill, it appeared to just be an oil change - though I had asked for the tires to be rotated as well. After their inspection, they recommended $6500+ worth of repairs for a car worth $3500-4000. I denied all the services and am having a second opinion on the recommendations. When I arrived to pick up the car, there was no greeting, no guidance on what to do or where to go to get my keys, car, etc. After a while of no staff member asking what I needed, I apologetically interrupted one who was working and they directed me to the cashier. All of the interactions in-person left much to be desired. It doesn't not come across as a place interested in the customer, as much as it's just interested in checking the boxes. I wanted to give them a shot here at 200k, but I'm not sure I'll ever go back. More
