We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this situation must have been, especially having to deal with the interlock system after your visit. During certain services, such as front end work and brake fluid exchange, the vehicle must remain lifted in the air for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, we are unable to have someone sitting inside the vehicle while it is elevated to continuously monitor or respond to interlock notifications. That said, we do make every effort possible to help maintain the system and minimize interruptions during the repair process. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving how we handle vehicles equipped with interlock devices.
