We have patronized and Benn very pleased with Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend for years. But today I took my 2019 Toyota Highlander in w/coupon for a $49 oil change, free tire rotation and yrly. inspection for Toyota Fort Bend for years. But today I took my 2019 Toyota Highlander in w/coupon for a $49 oil change, free tire rotation and yrly. inspection for vehicle registration. When I received the invoice at the payment counter the bill was for $81.??. I had been charged $19.99 for the tire rotation which was to be free as indicated on the coupon. I asked to have it changed and Luis, the auto tech, went back to the computer w/my invoice. When he finally returned it to the payment counter, the cost was $71.62. It should have been $19.99 removed from $81.??. It should have been approximately $61.??. I was already late to another appt. so paid the $71.62. Not happy about this issue. We appreciate your coupons and use them when applicable. The invoice I paid is Invoice# 1210485, Tag# TB1476. I would appreciate some explanation.
