Wait 10 minutes beside your car on arrival while the greeters play grab a#$. Service advisor shows up & tries to overcharge for a OLF from appt set @ 29.95 to 79.95 because it was a Tundra. I’m not greeters play grab a#$. Service advisor shows up & tries to overcharge for a OLF from appt set @ 29.95 to 79.95 because it was a Tundra. I’m not paying $50 more for 2 extra qts of oil. Just wanted OLF & tire rotation. Took 2 hours, Worse, the waiting area is a joke with bunch of chairs sitting out in showroom, and the TV the customers are all facing doesn’t even work. Get to hear every service advisor come and try their upsell (get ready for the cabin air filter needs to be replaced) along with their windshield guy pimping his services. Place couldn’t be more insincere. No thank you Group1 corporate. More
