I recently brought my truck in for its 25,000-mile service. Following a three-hour wait, I drove home only to experience a rubbing sensation. The steering pulls and jerks when turning, which nearly re service. Following a three-hour wait, I drove home only to experience a rubbing sensation. The steering pulls and jerks when turning, which nearly resulted in an accident. I promptly returned to the dealership's service department. Upon driving my truck, my service advisor experienced the same issue and consulted with the technician, suggesting it may be due to offset. I requested that they rectify the situation. Then, Kevin Jeon, the service driver manager, drove the truck and claimed everything was fine. We took a test drive together, during which he surprisingly stated that the issue had resolved itself. When I inquired about the cause of the problem, he replied, "I don't know," which I found to be an unsatisfactory response from a service driver manager. Kevin Jeon's approach of hiding and cleaning up issues without resolving their root causes warrants consideration of a role change, potentially to a position focused solely on cleaning. I found Eliosel Figuer, my service advisor, to be more professional than Kevin Jeon. Eliosel thoroughly explained everything in a proper manner. He is a very respectful and knowledgeable individual.
