Went in for an oil change and the service was great, but I felt like they were trying to scam me. They told me that I needed to replace my engine drive belt but they didn’t know that I had just replaced it I felt like they were trying to scam me. They told me that I needed to replace my engine drive belt but they didn’t know that I had just replaced it not too long ago by another Toyota dealership . (23,000 miles ago) They weren’t able to pull it up in their system since it was under miscellaneous but I had kept the paper copy of the invoice. When I showed it to them then all of a sudden I don’t need to replace the belt. The belt still looks good. It just made the credibility of the dealership service a bit questionable. More
