First time buying a used car from the dealer. Going to Different Toyota Dealerships where they show a specific car in stock that I was interested in and told that they have it in stock But seco Going to Different Toyota Dealerships where they show a specific car in stock that I was interested in and told that they have it in stock But seconds later say that it was sold. Well I arrived at Mike Calvert and show the car from the web to Mr. Malik, he walked to his computer and told us that it was available. He got the keys and we took it for a test drive. The service dept with my service advisor Anthony was nice and kind person. Who explain me how to reset the CarPlay which I was experiencing. Plus he took care of a very small leak in my rear tire. But when I arrive your receiving people are not very welcomed. When you ask them about my service, they will just tell me that your advisor will be with me soon. Waited for 15 minutes. My question for service manager is that if my advisor is not free than someone else law could have taken care of it check me in and than give that info to my advisor. So in that way if my advisor is busy but other advisor should jump in to take care instead of waiting. More
I waited 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter. The rep gave me a lot of wrong information. I got the truck back with no wiper fluid in it. and I am not sure if they actually repl cabin air filter. The rep gave me a lot of wrong information.
