I waited 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter. The rep gave me a lot of wrong information. I got the truck back with no wiper fluid in it and I am not sure if they actually replaced the filters. Worst yet, the porter handed me the keys and pointed me to go get the truck which was parked outside.
