But when I arrive your receiving people are not very welcomed. When you ask them about my service, they will just tell me that your advisor will be with me soon. Waited for 15 minutes. My question for service manager is that if my advisor is not free than someone else law could have taken care of it check me in and than give that info to my advisor. So in that way if my advisor is busy but other advisor should jump in to take care instead of waiting. More
I waited 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter. The rep gave me a lot of wrong information. I got the truck back with no wiper fluid in it. and I am not sure if they actually repl cabin air filter. The rep gave me a lot of wrong information.
