There is a guy whose name is Collin or Joe. Can't remember exactly. He won't request Lyft for customer after 5:30 so that he can make sure to get off work at 6. Also, Even their battery warran Can't remember exactly. He won't request Lyft for customer after 5:30 so that he can make sure to get off work at 6. Also, Even their battery warranty says 84 months on the battery sticker, it is 50% covered after 2 years and only 25% covered after 5 years. They call that pro-rated warranty. Totally misleading advertisement! If you have concern over the 'pro-rated' policy, their service manager will threat you to take the partial coverage or go somewhere else. Totally a waste if you have trust on these people. More

Wait 10 minutes beside your car on arrival while the greeters play grab a#$. Service advisor shows up & tries to overcharge for a OLF from appt set @ 29.95 to 79.95 because it was a Tundra. Just wanted OLF & tire rotation. Took 2 hours, Worse, the waiting area is a joke with bunch of chairs sitting out in showroom, and the TV the customers are all facing doesn’t even work. Get to hear every service advisor come and try their upsell (get ready for the cabin air filter needs to be replaced) along with their windshield guy pimping his services. Place couldn’t be more insincere. No thank you Group1 corporate. More
