I have been a loyal Sterling Mccall Nissan customer for many years. I was not happy with my service/repair on 09/19/24. I received a registration inspection. I discovered when I got home and reviewed the paperwork that the 2018 Armada had failed. No one told me this before I left the dealership. I called back and no one could tell me why the vehicle failed. Their solution was for me to be inconvenienced by having to bring the vehicle back. If I was told that the truck failed I would have just left it at the dealership for another day. Also, fluids should be checked at topped off during repairs. When I got home, my "washer fluid low" indicator light came on. I was sent a link at the beginning of the service to track the the progress. The link was not updated. I had to text to check the status of the repairs (the answer was all repairs completed). In addition to all of this, their system had deleted my vehicle (I've been serviced here for years). The service advisor after typing in the VIN said another name appeared. It is very difficult to trust this dealership again. No way to treat a loyal customer. More

Took my car in for an oil change and was told the car needed some work. It’s a brand new car and has 10k miles, the work should have been covered by warranty however I was told it was not. They were char needed some work. It’s a brand new car and has 10k miles, the work should have been covered by warranty however I was told it was not. They were charging $500 to fix it. I made an appointment at Mossy Nissan a day later and they confirmed the car needed work, however they told us it was covered under the warranty and took care of it. I will never use Sterling McCall again! More
