Worst experience at service dept. I had an appointment at 11:00 am and by 2:50 pm they can’t find my vehicle in their system. Finally they find it, and tell me they’re about to finish. C’mon? Really? 4 hours 11:00 am and by 2:50 pm they can’t find my vehicle in their system. Finally they find it, and tell me they’re about to finish. C’mon? Really? 4 hours for an oil change? I finally got my keys back at 3:20. So, I guess they didn’t start working on it until 2:50pm when I talked to them and they started looking for my misplaced vehicle. 4 and 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change? That’s ridiculous! Never mind the fact that they were supposed to do a tire rotation and wash the vehicle (which, of course, was not done). And never mind the fact that they had an oil change special posted on their website and was not honored at the dealership. While I was waiting, I talked to one of their sales advisers because I’m in the market for a new car. But after this experience, I’m taking my business somewhere else. I strongly recommend not to go to this dealership. They care about sales but not about the costumer. More
I would never come here again. They lied the price I was going to pay for the car and then went back on it, they then lied about the color and the services included in my contract. Not only this, but they delivered the car without my consent, even though legally, that is not permitted. I asked for this to be taken care of by their manager, and they never called me back and avoided me. Seriously the worst decision of my life. STAY AWAY FROM STERLING MCCALL NISSAN. PLEASE save yourself trouble and do NOT buy from them. More

I’ve been with this dealership for a very long time, and I’ve given them the benefit, but on today I was at an all time disgust , I waited 3 hours for them to tell me that .. I was quoted one amount and was told that they would be getting started with putting the new tire on, an hour later Douglas comes back to say that he was busy with other customers and quoted me wrong for everything, the tire that I needed wasn’t even in stock and the quote was for a Nissan Altima and I drive a Nissan Rogue!!!! Now we are rolling into hour 2 I’m still sitting , Douglas comes to apologize for the error and offers me a loaner, which is fine but I will be out of more money for a tire and it’s the holiday week and I will be heading out of town, and now I have to figure out how to get this dorm loaner car back... Today was very upsetting and not sure if I will be back to give my business, I was very disappointed on today😡😡 More

This is the worst case of old-school, used car dealer xxxx I’ve seen in my 25 years of car buying experience. After hours spent waiting and the salesman stalling on every step of the process so they can xxxx I’ve seen in my 25 years of car buying experience. After hours spent waiting and the salesman stalling on every step of the process so they can wear you out and waste your time, they add $1000 to the advertised price of the car in xx, nothing warranties (wheel-lock warranty, anyone?) just to rip you off. And then try to waste another hour of yours wearing you down about why they can’t remove those “options.” I can not recommend anyone LESS than Sterling-McCall and I personally will NEVER go back. This is why internet-only dealers with up-front pricing will win in car sales. Sterling-McCall is filled with nothing but thieves and liars who don’t value their customers at all. Never again. More

The maintenance service products used for our QX60 are the same products used at our local Infinity dealer, only more cost effective. Gonzalo Gomez has been our Friend and Service Adviser for both vehicles. His attention to detail and level of expert customer service is UNPARALLELED. Gonzalo Gomez treats us like family and always, and I mean always, takes ownership of our issues and makes them his. We have been loyal customers of Sterling McCall Nissan since 2014.
