Worst finance team at Sterling McCall Nissan. No customer service ethics at all, I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them as they are not professional and not ethical. They trick No customer service ethics at all, I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them as they are not professional and not ethical. They trick you into signing on additional add on without telling you the cost or that it is non refundable. I purchased a used car and agreed on a number with them and at the time of contract they charged me for add on that i did not request. I was not aware that this is not included in the car purchase. They are selling the warranties which are nonrefundable and they are not mentioning this during the contract signature of Purchasing As soon as i realized that i have been over charged on the contract i emailed them for a cancellation with in 3 hours of signing the contract but no one responded. I went to Sterling McCall Nissan in person and they made me wait for 4 hours after which they offered to compensate me by giving me 2 oil change instead of reversing the warranties they sold me. Please please stay away from these xxxxx. If there was a 0 rating i would give that. More
