I have lost the trust of the service team to properly diagnose vehicles. The initial diagnosis did not fix the problem. The second diagnostic was also not successful and a new estimate for a third diagno diagnose vehicles. The initial diagnosis did not fix the problem. The second diagnostic was also not successful and a new estimate for a third diagnostic was rejected by me and my family as the trust was no longer there and if we had initially had the estimate of about 7k I would have traded the vehicle in instead for a new vehicle. Now I had to pay for the work of the first two diagnostics and my issues were not resolved and I no longer wish to do business with Nissan. More
