Near the end of our 36-month lease of a Murano, our mileage was low so we purchased the car according to the lease contract provision. Much haggling as Sterling McCall insisted on a few extra fees, but eventually reached an agreement. And then, they "forgot" to cancel the autodraft lease payment and took one more payment from our bank account. So many attempts to reach them to fix the mistake, but just got bounced around. Finally, our bank agreed to file the payment as fraud, so they reimbursed us. Buyer beware with these guys. We'll also file a BBB report. More
We purchased a used car from them on Oct 23, 2020. As of this writing, nearly 9 months later, we still have not received the license plates for the vehicle. Worst customer service ever, they do not care about you after you have bought a car. Took me 16 months to just get the money of extended warranty that had paper works completed! I received TWO phone calls, one while in meetings, which was why I told them to text me. I call the GM to complain the next day and I get a ZACH who calls me back, come on in we will give you a great deal. I am sitting at Jerry's O desk when a loud bang happens behind me, it was so loud I jumped out of my chair, I had to leave the showroom I was so shook up. (Here is a clue if your are going to hit a Gong behind someones head warn them first). So I'm lured back in by one of the sales managers, we are going to take care of you I'm told. My son received a discount at Nissan, when they presenting me with a $27,000 bill I asked where is my discount. Zach informs me it was taken off the top. I signed the deal even though I hated the car because I was emotionally drained, I sat waiting for financial person to close it. I had already written on the document it's self, I hated the car and after sitting for awhile I realized this was wrong. I called my friend who is a director at Fred Haas Nissan, I sent him the deal I signed and he instantly told me not only did S. McCall not give me my son discount, they did not give me ANY Nissan rebates. I bought the SAME car for $15,000. at Fred Haas Nissan the next day. I learned to love the money I saved and will live with brown and black interior. I sent ZACH & JERRY O. a picture of the deal I made at Fred Haas and told them I knew the truth of the scam they tried to pull on me. Zach told me my son only received a $100. discount LOL. What happens next, I get a Rose calling me from S. McCall this week, I told her in no uncertain terms to stop harassing me, I bought a Nissan. Next someone calls my boss and tells her my business. "We know she is unhappy over her last experience, but we want to bring her back in and make it right". My boss said , I don't know what this is about because it is not my business, but she has a new Nissan. HOW DARE YOU CALL MY BOSS. LEAVE ME ALONE, you tried to take advantage of a woman and you where called out on it. SHAME ON YOU!!!! More
Took my 2010 Murano in for a problem that I have been having for a few months. Dealer could not identify the problem because it didn’t show a code on their computer. Even thou there was NC, the invoice stated that I showed up unannounced and didn’t give the technician time to input his notes. They never test drove it (mileage on odometer was same) and I called to tell them I was picking it up but call went to voicemail. I will say Service writer was courteous and did his job. Had the worse experience purchasing two vehicles last Thursday. Should have went with my gut and back to Fred Hass where a married couple sold me several Nissans over the last 10 years. Complaint is a direct result of poor sales woman. Wish I had went with the internet sales department. Seems they have their act together Bad trade in, too much cash down and did no receive the deals advertised on the website. Save yourself the time and trouble = go to another dealership. Upper management never addressed the situation but sure cashed my checks the same day. negative 0000 Miss J is the most unprofessional car dealer I’ve ever encountered. She knew nothing about the Nissan product and had to defer to others. Spent two entire days getting these deals done and I was stupid for listening to this woman. Never again. Fool me once me Er twice. Stay blessed Sterling and hope the owners can get the place back in shape. What a mess. More
He was wonderful. Kept me informed on the progress of my repairs. Gave a full report after repaid and checked on us the day after to make sure everything was still ok. Worst experience at service dept. I had an appointment at 11:00 am and by 2:50 pm they can’t find my vehicle in their system. Finally they find it, and tell me they’re about to finish. C’mon? Really? 4 hours 11:00 am and by 2:50 pm they can’t find my vehicle in their system. Finally they find it, and tell me they’re about to finish. C’mon? Really? 4 hours for an oil change? I finally got my keys back at 3:20. So, I guess they didn’t start working on it until 2:50pm when I talked to them and they started looking for my misplaced vehicle. 4 and 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change? That’s ridiculous! Never mind the fact that they were supposed to do a tire rotation and wash the vehicle (which, of course, was not done). And never mind the fact that they had an oil change special posted on their website and was not honored at the dealership. While I was waiting, I talked to one of their sales advisers because I’m in the market for a new car. But after this experience, I’m taking my business somewhere else. I strongly recommend not to go to this dealership. They care about sales but not about the costumer. More

I was quoted one amount and was told that they would be getting started with putting the new tire on, an hour later Douglas comes back to say that he was busy with other customers and quoted me wrong for everything, the tire that I needed wasn’t even in stock and the quote was for a Nissan Altima and I drive a Nissan Rogue!!!! Now we are rolling into hour 2 I’m still sitting , Douglas comes to apologize for the error and offers me a loaner, which is fine but I will be out of more money for a tire and it’s the holiday week and I will be heading out of town, and now I have to figure out how to get this dorm loaner car back... Today was very upsetting and not sure if I will be back to give my business, I was very disappointed on today😡😡 More
