I only gave them a 2 star rating because of the free snack. There were two major problems for me. First, there was little to no communication about service progress. If I wanted to know anything I had t snack. There were two major problems for me. First, there was little to no communication about service progress. If I wanted to know anything I had to call, be placed on hold, call again, and wait hours for a called back. Second issue, the pricing. I’m not new to car maintenance but if you tell me you have to “reinstall” a part, not replace it with a new part, but reinstall the old one I’d think it’d be less than 1k. To add insult to injury they slap me with an almost $400 diagnostic fee. Diagnostics must mean “look at the thingamajigger” because what says $400 about handling me my car back worse than it was? By the time I made it home my battery had died. People say the dealership is a rip but you put your faith in the brand anyway. This time they were right. More
The 120k service for my Nissan PF was a great experience. Gonzalo was super awesome. He has been helping me with the service for over 6yrs now with this vehicle. Everytime its a pleasant experience.
