Mr. Swad, there have been several problems since this issue. I just recently scheduled an appointment for my regular on a Friday with the appointment scheduled for the following Saturday. After scheduling the appointment, no more than 30 minutes later I received a text accusing me of missing it. I went back and forth with Ana until she realized that she had misread the appointment time. when I arrived the next morning for my appointment I found that the appointment had been cancelled. At this point I decided to utilize another dealer and took my car to Gillman Nissan in Rosenberg. They completed my oil change but could not complete the tire rotation because one of the tires had a stripped lug nut from when I had my car serviced at Sterling and they advised me to take the vehicle back to you. I still have not done this, honestly, I don't trust your company any longer, but unfortunately I need this issue resolved with my tire immediately.
