The communication and overall experience was great, but the cost of labor and pressures to pay even more for services that are not mandatory prevents this from being a flawless experience. You would think after paying over $3,000 for repairs they would change your signal light bulbs (that you provided) for free, but once again, the process around the repair was top tier and I am pleased to work with Megan. I've had two Major body/ frame work done there each time after months later I've discovered a simple task wasn't completed on my vehicle. Today both my husband and I got our required oil change. The service team failed to place the reminder sticker on the windshield. I also need major work done to my vehicle according to point inspection 😞. I have a extended warranty with car shield really contemplating on letting another dealership complete this work. It's really a shame because I did really love coming to this establishment. More
The dealership handled my request for a used vehicle professionally. Even the vehicle I intended to purchase was replaced with a newer model. Great customer service from start to finish. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted by a guy. Then my Service Advisor Joel came and greeted us as well while checking us in.
