Loab Burke-you were the one that never called about this issue and decided it was no big deal. Your General Manager had to handle this issue along with other manager. You did not even approach me when I was there getting this corrected to apologize instead you hid behind that glass panel. Now after some else did your job you choose to apologize. And you want me to reach out to you again so you can ignore this as well. NO THANKS!!!! I will never again purchase a car from your dealership or have any service done.
