The dealership is nice but the lack of shuttle service and no longer providing Ubers or loaner vehicles while your car is being serviced is inconvenient. Checking in after booking an appointment online is also somewhat frustrating due to the service providers never knowing what you're needing. Redeeming the GMC rewards is also difficult for the service providers and the customer due to them not showing up in the system at checkout. More
They do not honor their warranty policy or the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. We were still within the 30 day period where we were told to bring it back if there were ANY issues and they accepted it, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. We were still within the 30 day period where we were told to bring it back if there were ANY issues and they accepted it, took responsibility for repairs, kept my husband’s truck for 2 days and then informed that they would not repair due to the lift, even though the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects from that. They sold us a $2000 warranty and happily took our money, but didn’t follow through with their end of the bargain. The technicians who installed the lift are certified and followed proper procedures. The warranty issue was detected BEFORE installation and unrelated to the lift. Their service technicians were rude, hateful and did NOTHING to improve the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. More
