Called and requested quotes for a part and service. Had the part ordered and scheduled service. Once arrived, informed we had to have a diagnostic done first (had one elsewhere). On top of it all, despite setting everything up in my name, they kept texting the previous owner of the car. Even the request to leave a review here was addressed to him. I was told numerous times they would update the account, but it didn't happen. More
