The used truck I bought had 2 minor issues that the salesman said could be repaired by their service department. So I bought the truck and left it there thinking it was going to be fixed. Four days lat salesman said could be repaired by their service department. So I bought the truck and left it there thinking it was going to be fixed. Made us wait after driving and hour and half. Tried to add extra charges, had them removed. They got me on an extended warranty that I didn’t need because the warranty on the vehicle I purchased was transferable. That one is on me. Didn’t particularly like the condescending tone of voice that the finance guy used. I am female, that doesn’t make me stupid. The sales person that ended up helping us, was absolutely wonderful! More

Another GMC dealerships wanted me to leave my SUV with them for at least two days just to diagnose it. I decided to give Sterling McCall a try and I was so glad I did. Not only did they repair the leak in 1 day but they also washed and vacuumed my SUV!! They have won me over and I will be getting all of my Yukon service needs done with them from now on! What can I say Motor + Transmission both out in 2yrs brand New Car brought April 2021. Thank God for Warranties but I've never experienced anything like this I guess this was a COVID Car 😂😆. Great Guy he really help to get the car up and running.thumbsup to Josh. Overall I rate a 3 to many problems. Would I recommend Yes my First Car Buick 2016 Black Encore No problems. Wouldn't recommend the Buick GX to my least favorite Person. More
