I have made 3 appointments to get my car fixed at this location. The first time they had to order the part. I waited 4 months for them to receive the part. I made the second appointment on a Sat to get th location. The first time they had to order the part. I waited 4 months for them to receive the part. I made the second appointment on a Sat to get the part installed and was told he did not have any one that could install it on a Sat that I would have have to come doing the week. I took off work called and told them a part was ordered for my car and needed to come get it put on the date I took off. Came to get the part put on they installed it on another vehicle because it's first come first serve. I asked so no one could have let me know the part was no longer available before wasting my time again. He said they wouldn't know this when you call to make an appointment. We'll they should. More
