This has been such a terrible experience. They had my car for 4+ weeks and the only service needed was a battery replacement, fuel pump recall, and replacement of my multipurpose camera. My service rep never communicated with me and all communication was initiated on my part for updates. She often said she didn’t have an answer for me immediately and then failed to get back to me in a timely manner of what the response was. Additionally, I had to step in to correct multiple errors made throughout the repair process. I was also extremely disappointed that I did not receive my complimentary car wash and vacuum after having my car for such a long period of time. I will certainly never be bringing my car back to this dealership for any type of service. More
