Had a rattle in the rear that did not exist prior to an oil change. Called and were told it was normal. It kept happening and were told by friend it was not normal so we called back and this time they sa oil change. Called and were told it was normal. We did and they said the bracket holding the exhaust sensor was loose and they put a screw in to hold it. Few hours later, rattle again and this time engine light. Called back and were told they didn't actually do anything, they just looked to see what the noise could be. Looked underneath the car ourselves to find someone wrapped a wire around the sensor and bracket. Call back and this time they say yes they did do that but they did it as a goodwill gesture because it was already that way and that it must have been done during work we had done over a year prior to that. So something we had done over a year prior that had not given us any problems, that suddenly became a problem right after an oil change at their dealership, then being told different things at every conversation until being told hey guess what, we jacked the car up ourselves, and by then well yeah they did that but it wasn't their fault.... nah. By their own admission they were the last entity to touch that sensor, and did so without our knowledge or consent. Why are you going to do something like that if you didn't break it to begin with? At the very least, why wouldn't you be honest about what you did instead of not admitting it until they owner tells you what they see? I've never had this type of experience with an automotive service department before and even now a month later I'm still floored at the fact that not only did they do something to our car without our knowledge and consent, they lied more than once about what they did and then tried to pass the blame off. The only reason we went here for service was because we had a great sales experience last fall but absolutely never again will we do any business here. More

I have waited four months to get my 2021 Ram looked at because it stalls in traffic. Not only is this my third appointment but I call the day before to be told they no longer provide loaners after waiting because it stalls in traffic. I asked for help with an oil dipstick showing too much oil had been installed by this dealership at last oil change. They gladly worked with me to get the extra oil out of the crankcase down to the FULL oil had been installed by this dealership at last oil change. Finally I told them I needed my vehicle by the end of the day and they told me it was fixed...but it was not. This is the second time I have returned it to solve the issue and still no end in sight. There is no communication regarding the work. Every phone call I make they claim they are going to call me right back....that was last Thursday and now its Tuesday! I physically went to the dealer and they pulled it into to be fixed for the first time in over a week!! I feel like my car is being held hostage!! More

Great job !! got in and they took care of everything right away. There waiting room was clean and had drinks and snacks, and tv. it was next to the showroom so you got in and they took care of everything right away. When your vehicle is ready they come and get you personally and don't call your name over a pa system . They even washed my truck !! Keep up the good work !!! More
