Horrible Experience at Sterling Chrysler We purchased 2 used cars at Sterling. Our 2008 Chrysler Town and Country had issues once we drove it off the lot when the air conditioning wasn't work We purchased 2 used cars at Sterling. Our 2008 Chrysler Town and Country had issues once we drove it off the lot when the air conditioning wasn't working, so it had to be serviced right after we purchased it. We also bought a 2010 Ford Escape that also needed a front end alignment and new tires that Sterling refused to take care of, so we were stuck putting an additional $500.00 into our 2010 Escape that we just purchased. Less than six months after purchasing our 2008 Van, we experienced multiple issues. Radiator leaks, heater core pressure hose leaks, bad oil pan, etc. Sterling quoted us a $1400-1500 repair, even with the extended warranty we purchased, so we questioned this. Our salesman Tony Ballismo informed us that we should purchase a warranty when we bought the Van and assumed it covered everything for the first year, so we were misled on this warranty purchase by our salesman and the finance department at Sterling. Sterling did offer a discount on the repairs, but still wanted to charge us over $1000 for this repair. Sterling should have taken care of these charges based on us purchasing 2 cars, one with a warranty along with all of the headaches and issues we had right after we purchased this Van and the Escape. We actually pulled our Van from Service and still had to pay over $200 to get our Van back. This is wrong and horrible customer service. We actually found an independent repair shop that will repair our Van for under $500.00. This is why Dealerships have bad reputations. No integrity and No Customer Service. We'll NEVER do business with Sterling Chrysler ever again. More

Inconvenient Brought Ram in for oil change, recall fixes, and tire rotation; with tires properly inflated to 40 psi. The next day I received a vehicle alert that tires were underinflated at 30-31 psi. If your technician doesn't even know the proper tire inflation rate, how can I have the confidence that any of the (unseen) work was done correctly? Estimated time (verbal) to service was 30 to 45 minutes. Actual time was over 90 minutes, with no problems mentioned. Also, the lug nut lock removal tool (yours or mine?) was left in the center console, not wherever it is supposed to be stored. Shoddy work! "Not a big deal" you say? I am over a 25 mile round trip away; I am 75 years old; it was 17 degrees out this morning when I added the air myself. I may look elsewhere next time I need service, or for the next vehicle purchase. More

Work was incomplete I came into the body shop to have things repaired as a result of the collision. The windshield was never replaced nor was the remote start diagnosed. I came into the body shop to have things repaired as a result of the collision. The windshield was never replaced nor was the remote start diagnosed. They wanted $110 extra diagnostic fee on top on the $250 deductible in order to look at the hood ajar switch which is located right in the area that the collision occurred. The repair work that was done by the body on the hood and panels was done very well! More

No one wants a dirty vehicle, especially after service has been done on it! Greasy hand prints and dirty fingerprints is what I received along with my vehicle being repaired!? What happened to a quick rinse on the wash rack and wiping off my dash and steering wheel? Isn’t that what you have porters for? Sad, just sad.😑 More
