Recall Issues Had 3 recall issues worked on with parts ordered. Car came back to me with 2 problems caused by the recall repairs. You created the problems by installing the recall parts and now charging me to fix the issues. Was told the service manager would call. Never did. I will escalate this to Chrysler. Wife is a Sr. Manager with 40 years at Chrysler. More

No verbal communication I had answered a text message that I received this morning from Lisa in your service department. The service I received for 2 recurring problems wit I had answered a text message that I received this morning from Lisa in your service department. The service I received for 2 recurring problems with my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, was horrible. I received no phone call whatsoever while my vehicle was in service. I don't know when it became acceptable to not have any verbal discussion with customers about the issues with their car. I don't know what was fixed, I don't know what caused the problem and the work order is not understandable. It would have been appreciated if Lisa could have called me to explain what the issue was with my car, and what caused it if applicable, since I spend a great portion of my income on the payments for it. More

From the sales staff Jolie and Sal to financing Bill Stipek to the service dept. everyone has been honest and tried to provide me with the service I expect and have 99 % of the time 1 % was usually a misunderstanding. It's hard to find a dealership where once you bought a vehicle you get the same kind of service afterwards, at Sterling Heights Dodge I found both. More
