Service is terrible. I was never contacted when my Jeep wax ready. I called service and the phone rang for nearly 7 minutes before someone answered. I was told my service I was never contacted when my Jeep wax ready. I called service and the phone rang for nearly 7 minutes before someone answered. I was told my service advisor was on vacation, and placed on hold another 4 minutes. Finally, someone in service answered, and I said I just needed to know if my vehicle was ready. More
