The customer service is a complete joke. Take your car somewhere else. Worst quality of service and slow and entitled attitude. They give me the break down of the total cost of the vehicle that I requested right at the beginning without running around or give me an outrageous estimate price like other car dealers do. This allowed me to know if the vehicle is within my budget and the exact cost for the vehicle out of the door without any surprises. 2. The sale people are really nice and friendly. I felt like I'm talking to a person and not a sale person 3. The negotiation and paper works are really quick 4. My new BMW X2 is awesome and I considered the price to be very reasonable. Con: None.
